I have been a teacher, Principal, public and not-for-profit leader, researcher and policy leader, with extensive experience in early childhood education, public policy, and social services. I have developed expertise in policy and research across various domains, including school effectiveness and improvement, early childhood development and learning, at-risk youth, community development and public sector management. I have worked extensively at bridging the research and policy divide and in advocacy.
